Rumana Khan – Founder of Psy Buddy™ & Child CEO™

Rumana Khan is a Chartered Structural Engineer, global design strategist, and social impact entrepreneur. She is the founder of five legacy-driven brands, including Psy Buddy™, the world’s first AI-powered emotional intelligence and mental health platform, and Child CEO™, a youth leadership movement raising the next generation of confident, emotionally intelligent leaders.

With a Master’s in Architectural and Structural Engineering and over a decade leading major projects across UK, India, and Australia, Rumana bridges technical mastery with emotional intelligence to build systems of equity, legacy, and global change.

Her mission is rooted in lived experience. Raised by a refugee mother who overcame hardship, displacement, and violence, Rumana grew up determined to build a safer future for children and families everywhere. Today, her work spans education, mental health, and generational wealth, creating sustainable solutions where traditional systems fall short.

Through Psy Buddy™ and Child CEO™, Rumana partners with global influencers, organizations, and advocates who share her vision for a world where no child suffers in silence, no family breaks under the weight of emotional distress, and leadership is redefined by compassion, resilience, and equity.
